Personally, I agree with James Clear's idea about motivation and how it works. Motivation according to scientists is your general willingness to do something. It is the set of psychological forces that compel you to take action. James clear states that it is more than this, and I agree with him. Every choice has a price, but when we are motivated, it is easier to bear the inconvenience of action than the pain of remaining the same. I think that this makes a lot of sense because it is true that every choice has a price, and if you are motivated, you would find it easier and more satisfying when going through the pain and seeing improvement than seeing no improvement and everything staying the same. There are times where I am not motivated at all and therefore I don't really care. Although I may have these moments, I hope that I will be able to follow Clear's tips to become motivated so that I can see improvement and be satisfied.

I agree with James Clear's idea on continuous improvement and how to master it. Continuous improvement is a dedication to making small improvements everyday, with the expectation that those small improvements will add up to something significant. Continuous improvement can be something such as studying a little bit everyday, until you gain all the knowledge at the end of it - basically developing small habits so that you end up with something good. Most people would just start off with a large goal and try to become successful from that, but they usually fail as that goal is too much. I think that it is better and more wise to make small goals everyday although it may take awhile. People may try to complete one big goal as they think it is easier and faster, but it is not as efficient as continuous improvement and making smaller goals which takes longer - slow and steady wins the race. Therefore, I agree with Clear's idea on continuous improvement and how it is efficient to gain something big at the end.
I agree with James clear's that we should work on habits instead of setting goals. Obviously, I still think goals are important and still should be made, but I do agree that we shouldn't focus mainly only on goals, but focused on the system - the way we do things. When we continue to make goals and only focus on them, we tend to make it a habit where we only make goals and when we fail we just continue to make more goals. If we continue to fail, we should start looking at the way we do things instead of making new goals each and every time. I'm not saying that once we change the way we do things, we would be successful right away because it takes time to learn; everyone fails or makes mistake as we are human. One example that James Clear stated that made a lot of sense was the one about any sports game. The main goal is obviously to win the game, but it's useless to focus only on winning and looking at the score board; its useless to focus only on the goal. It is more successful to focus on the system, to focus on the way you are going to win the game. For example, focusing on strategy and training the players so that they can win the game. In conclusion, goals are still important to set a direction, but it's better to focus more on the system than the goals.
Digital citizenship is the basic idea of our actions and consumption patterns that is put online which affects the ecology of digital content and communities. A digital citizen is someone who uses information technology when engaging is politics, society, and government; basically someone who uses the internet regularly efficiently. Digital citizenship is important as it helps people use the internet appropriately to communicate and collaborate safely and responsibly. This is also important because everyone should know that whatever you post online is there forever, and it will not be deleted. It's best that everyone learns to post only good things, because if they were to post something that reflects on their bad behavior, someone could find it and use it against them. For example, if someone was to post something bad about their job or they're bad thoughts toward a job, their manager could find it and fire them. In conclusion, it is best that you think before posting things online and think about the future/outcomes so that it does not come back at you negatively later in your life.
